Bubba Nall is in the process of resigning as head football and baseball coach at Florala High School.
Nall served as the school’s head football coach for one season in 2013, where he finished 6-4.
For the past three years, he’s also served as the baseball coach, where he helped the Wildcats win the area championship and advance to the Class 1A state playoffs for two years in a row.
In the spring of 2013, Nall’s baseball team finished in the second round, where the Wildcats fell to Brantley.
Nall wished nothing but the best for the players.
“I had a good run and taught some great kids,” he said. “I hope they do well and I enjoyed my tenure there.
“The next person they hire will inherit a good group of kids who play football and baseball,” he said.
The next football coach at FHS will be the school’s fifth in six seasons.
Attempts to reach school administration officials went unsuccessful.
