Tryouts for the City of Andalusia’s baseball and softball leagues are Feb. 24-25 at Johnson Park.

Softball tryouts start at 5:30 p.m. each night, while the boys start at 6.

Age groups and what field the tryouts will be held on are as follows:

Girls

7-8 — Field 6

9-10 — Field 3

11-12 — Field 4

Boys

7-8 — Field 8

9-10 — Waltman Russo Field

11-12 — Chick Earle Field

Children don’t have to attend tryouts both nights. The 5-to-6-year-old players will be contacted by a coach to let them know their baseball or softball team.
