We’re all caretakers of God’s amazing earth

George and I had just finished picking up all the roadside trash on a section of Straughn School Road. We had eight large garbage bags. Leaving them long side the road, too heavy to drag back, we headed for home. We were going to get our truck to pick up the bags.
When we got home, I looked out the den window and saw a man getting out of a white work truck. He picked up two of the heavy garbage bags and loaded them in the back of his pickup. What a blessing! We were tired and that deed was a “God-send.” George went up the road in his truck to pick up the remaining six bags. They, also, were all gone.
We don’t know who did this act of kindness. But we do know that God made us all caretakers of His beautiful, amazing earth. Genesis 2:15 – “And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and keep it.”
Thank you, “man in the white work truck.”
