Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Tues., Sept. 10, 2013:

• Randell Kilpatrick, 23, for two counts of domestic violence III and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Steven C. Williams, 43, for domestic violence III and held on a $500 bond.

• William E. Andrews, 46, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.
