With the motto “Meeting real people; Seeing new places,” the state will get a glimpse of Andalusia as the show “Absolutely Alabama” visits Dean’s Cake House.

The show, which will air at 6 p.m., on Aug. 16, will follow host Fred Hunter as he sees what it takes to make some of the best cakes and pies in South Alabama.
