To the editor:

Way to go! The picture you chose to put on the front page of the paper for the Father’s Day edition couldn’t have been better. The picture of the soldier meeting his newborn daughter summed up the sacrifices the men and women of the Armed Forces make so that we have the freedom to celebrate holidays in America.

Thanks to each and every one of you for your commitment, your hard work, and your dedication in keeping our country safe. Yes, t hey chose this career – aren’t we glad they did!
