Andalusia’s Jud Rogers hit a walk off infield single to help lift the Bulldogs (16-6) to a 4-3 victory over Stanhope Elmore on Saturday at the Best of the Best Tournament in Troy.

Daniel Henderson led off the seventh inning with a double and then advanced to third base with two outs.

Rogers then hit the infield RBI single to win the game.

Zach Ward pitched six innings for a no decision and Justin Scherzinger got the win in relief in the seventh.

Hunter Earnest went 3-for-3; and Ward, Grayson Campbel, Henderson and Rogers had two hits each to lead AHS.

Andalusia will travel to play in the Pounder Invitational in Chattanooga, Tenn., from Thursday to Saturday at Hixon High School.
