Troy senior linebacker and Andalusia native Brannon Bryan recorded eight tackles during the Trojans’ 34-27 loss to Florida Atlantic on Saturday.

Bryan had seven solo tackles with one assist to add to his season total of 52. Bryan is second in tackles with Kanorris Davis and behind leader, Brynden Trawick, who has 58.

Troy visits Tennessee this Saturday.

In Alabama’s 38-7 victory over Mississippi State, Crimson Tide senior linebacker Nico Johnson had two assists.

The Andalusia native will try and help lead his team to a big defensive effort against fifth-ranked LSU at Death Valley in Baton Rouge, La., on Saturday.
