What kind of gifts did we receive for Christmas?

Some will put inches on our waistline. Some we will outgrow. Some require batteries to work. Some were the wrong size. Some were the wrong color. Some use electricityand will eventually wear out. Pets are great if we could take them with us to school and work.

However, there is one gift that doesn’t affectour waistline, that we will not outgrow; it does not require batteries to work for us; it remains the perfect size, forever; color doesn’t matter; no electricity is required and it will never wear out, and we can take it to school, work, and everywhere we go.

It’s the love of Jesus Christ, and it keeps on giving and giving and giving.
