Raylen Angelle Spicer was born at 4:40 p.m. on Mon., Oct. 31, 2011, at Andalusia Regional Hospital. She was delivered by Dr. Joseph Browning.

She weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces and was 22.5 inches long.

She is the daughter of Mark and Elizabeth Spicer of Gantt.

She is the maternal grand-daughter of Lamar and Lin Kelley of Elba and the paternal grand-daughter of Wayne Spicer and Kathy Spicer-Jordan of Samson and Teresa Spicer of Geneva.

She was welcomed with much anticipation by her sister, Lillie, and her brother, Dylan.

Raylen is the namesake of her Uncle Ray LeBouef; her grandmother, Lin LeBouef Kelley; and her great-grandmother, Angelle Marie LeBouef.
