The Opp Cultural Arts Council will present an evening of blues and jazz with Paxton native Lyndsey Hand at 7 p.m. Thurs., Nov. 10, in downtown Opp.

Admission is free for current OCAC members. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and are available at Southern Independent Bank in Opp or at the OCAC downtown.
