LORENE WILLIAMS

Lorene Williams, 87, of the Straughn Community, passed away Wed., Aug. 24, 2011, in the Opp nursing home.

Graveside services will be held 5 p.m., Thurs., Sept. 1, at Mt. Zion Methodist Church Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing and the Rev. Wayne Sharpe officiating.

Survivors include one son, Carroll Williams of Andalusia; daughter, Betty Sue Hardy of Luverne; and grandchildren, Serrie Bass, Juliet Amy Hase, Jonathan Oliver Williams and Taylor Marie Williams.
