August 29, 2011:

• Michael Jerrad Bozeman, 26, for first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $13,000 bond.

• Virgil Elvis Davis, 46, for driving under influence and held on $1,000 bond.

• Letterron DJon Brannon, 35, on grand jury indictment and held on $350,000 bond.

• Cornelius James Marshall, 43, on grand jury indictment and held on $80,000 bond.

• Danny C. Garner, 58, for failure to appear and five counts of negotiating worthless instrument.

• Jessica Sutton, 26, for manufacturing controlled substance, trafficking controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and chemical endangerment of child and held on $1,020,000 bond.

• Shelia Carpenter, 40, for failure to deliver title and held on $3,000 bond.

• Brandy Elder, 31, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Johnathon D. Seaney, 25, for manufacturing controlled substance, trafficking controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and chemical endangerment of child and held on $1,020,000 bond.

• John D. Adams, 22, for violation of probation and failure to appear.
