Straughn’s girls basketball program will hold its playdate this Thursday at the high school gymnasium.

Eight teams from the area will compete in the scrimmage-type tournament, where each game is 45 minutes.

The first game will begin at noon, and the play date will end at approximately 6 p.m.

Cost is free, and there will be concessions available.

Here is the play date schedule:

• Straughn vs. Florala, noon

• Opp vs. Pleasant Home, 12:45 p.m.

• Straughn vs. Brantley, 1:30 p.m.

• Opp vs. Florala, 2:15 p.m.

• Pleasant Home vs. Brantley, 3 p.m.

• Straughn vs. Opp, 3:45 p.m.

• Florala vs. Brantley, 4:30 p.m.

• Straughn vs. Pleasant Home, 5:15 p.m.
