On Thursday, an Opp woman became the latest person arrested following the discovery of a rash of methamphetamine labs.

Sunni Nichole Meeks, 24, is now facing charges of trafficking a controlled substance, manufacturing and possession of drug paraphernalia after DTF agents found more than 28 grams of meth oil, smoking devices and numerous chemicals inside her North Whatley Street home.

Agents said other arrests are expected in the future as this case remains under investigation.
