The Andalusia Football Hall of Fame is now accepting nominations for inductees.

Individuals may nominate a former player or coach at AHS, Woodson High School, Ralph Bunche High School or Covington County Training School by contacting a member of the selection committee before Thurs., March 31.

The committee asks that anyone nominating a person provide brief biographical information and statistical information about the nominee’s football career.

The selection committee members are Lucky Cope, Paul Godwin, John Jones, Ab Powell, Will Sconiers, Bob Bush, Bill Catrett, Robert Creamer, John Croft, Joe Nix, Paul Armstrong, Richard Robertson, Dodd Riley, Lex Short and Jackie Woods.

The second class of the Andalusia HOF will be inducted at the annual HOF banquet on Fri., Aug. 12.
