Hubert McVay enjoys his Thursday afternoon fishing at Pt. A Lake in Gantt. McVay said he started back fishing after catching a 5 pound catfish at a friend’s house. “After that, it gave me the fever (to fish),” McVay said. “I’ve been fishing ever since.” McVay was fishing for White Perch, or “Crappy” as he calls them.
