Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail were:

• Mickey Upshaw, 44, for violation of probation.

• Daniel Jason Todd, 22, for fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Robert Layton Warmack, 24, for failure to appear.

• Jacinta Holmes, 20, for failure to appear.

• Eric Dewayne Russell, 25, as a fugitive from justice and held for Walton County, Fla.
