Pleasant Home’s Colter Poole scored 20 points to help lead his team to a 55-33 victory over J.U. Blacksher on Monday night.

Eagles coach Jerry Davis said making eight-of-13 three-pointers contributed a lot in the win.

“It made a lot of difference,” he said.

In junior varsity action, Pleasant Home won 41-28.

Pleasant Home improves to 7-4 on the season, and will travel to play McKenzie on Thursday, starting at 3:30 p.m. with the B-team.

In addition, the Eagles will play host to Excel on Friday. The B-team will tip off at 3:15 p.m.
