The Florala Lady Wildcats will begin its season tonight at home against Samson.

The Lady Wildcats are coming off a 13-10 2009-2010 season, after falling to Providence Christian in the Class 1A Sub-Regional tournament.

Florala will be competing in Class 1A, Area 2 with rival Pleasant Home, Kinston and Geneva County.

The Lady Wildcats will be competing in the Alabama-Florida Shootout in late December before starting at home in area play with Kinston on Jan. 4, 2011.

This will be FHS girls coach Ronnie Driver’s second year as the head basketball coach.
