Art Off the Wall, the annual fundraiser by the Lower Alabama Arts Coalition (LAAC) and the Covington Arts Council, is set for 6 p.m. Sat., Sept. 11, at the Andalusia Country Club.

The event includes a wine and cheese reception during a silent auction of art work, followed by a surf and turf dinner featuring entertainment and a live auction.

The live auction will feature food as art, and will include three dinner parties for eight people each, as well as a holiday party featuring a catered menu and musical entertainment for up to 50 people at the LAAC’s new East Three Notch Street gallery. (See related story.)

Sponsorships for this event are available in four categories: Rembrandt, $1,500, includes eight tickets to the event; Van Gogh, $1,000, includes six tickets to the event; Picasso, $500, includes four tickets to the event; Woodie Long, $200, includes two tickets to the event. Individual tickets also are available for $35 each.
