The Straughn Lady Tigers defeated Headland Thursday night in area play 25-8, 25-14, 25-18 to take a 3-0 area lead.

The Lady Tigers are now 4-0, and 3-0 in Class 4A, Area 3, and will host Geneva on Tues., Aug. 31.
