James Lambert

Mr. James Edgar Lambert, 89, of Red Level, passed away Thurs., Aug. 20, 2009, at his residence.
Funeral services were held Sun., Aug. 23, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Drexel Copeland officiating. Special music ws provided by C. L. Smith. Interment followed in the Long Branch Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include his wife, Faye Lambert of Red Level; brother and sister-in-law, Royce and Sandy Lambert of Plant City, Fla.; sisters-in-law, Elsie Gay Lambert of Pascagoula, Miss., and Bessie Ray Wiggins of Red Level; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Serving as pallbearers were Hayden Mitchell Lambert, Hugh Barrow, Eddie Darwin Lambert, Coy Williams, Scott Cooper, Wayne Seales and Edgar Lambert.
Mr. Lambert served in the United States Navy during World War II. His career spanned more than 30 years as an aviation machinist.
