The winning teams for the AWGA championship flight were: June Mayson and Mary Ann Burkett from Highland Oaks with a 68; in second place were Kitty Neal from Freeport, Fla. and Emily Rone from Bonifay, Fla. with a 68 and in third place were Kathy Neville and Lu Barret from Tiger Point with a 70.

The winning teams for the first flight were Mary Paine and Bea Johnson from Highland Oaks with a 76 in first place; Molly Fowler from Andalusia and Fan Murray from Mobile with an 80 in second place and Mary Shirley and Cheryl Najor from Brewton with an 80 in third place. There were five teams who scored 80 in this flight.

The winning teams for the second flight were Colleen Pettrey and Sharron McCreary from Andalusia with an 80 in first place; Susan Gantt and Rita McMullin from Andalusia with an 80 in second place and Anita Oelerich and Emily Crespie from Eufaula with an 81 in third place.
