Davis, Thomasson plan June nuptials

Sharon and Randy Cornelius and Jim and Beverly Davis announce the engagement of their daughter, Erica Sloane Davis, of Andalusia, to Byron Patrick Thomasson, son of Bill and Claire Thomasson of Albany, Ga.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. David Mitchell and the late Mrs. Lee Mitchell of Luverne, Ala., and the late Rev. Dewey Davis and Mrs. Gracie Davis of Brantley, Ala.
Miss Davis earned a B.S. degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Troy University Dothan and will be completing her Master's degree in Psychology/Counseling in the winter of 2007 from the University of West Alabama.
She is currently employed as a Financial Support Worker with the State of Alabama.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Arthur McCrory and Mrs. Blanche McCrory of Mobile, Ala., and Mr. W. C. and Mrs. Miriam Thomasson of Andalusia, Ala.
Mr. Thomasson has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.
The private wedding ceremony will take place on June 9, 2007, at Point A Lodge in Gantt, Ala.
