Alene Morgan Odom
Mrs. Alene Morgan Odom, age 76 of Red Level, died Tuesday, December 9, 2003 in a Dothan hospital.
Homegoing celebration services were held at 6 p.m., Thursday, December 11, 2003 at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel of Andalusia.
A special introduction was given by son, Mickey Odom.
Special music was provided by the Weed Baptist Church Choir with pianist, Mrs. Mary Ann Grimes. Special music was also provided by Mrs. Wanda Beck, Mrs. Mary Ann Grimes, Cameron Odom (grandson) and Mrs. Romona Odom (daughter-in-law).
A eulogy was provided by son, Major Danny Odom, USMC (Ret.) Rev. Winford Gulledge closed with prayer.
Survivors include: husband, Rev. C. Buster Odom, of Red Level; two sons Mickey Odom of Red Level, Danny Odom and daughter-in-law Ramon Odom of Headland; three brothers, C. Douglas Morgan of Andalusia, Donald R. Morgan of Fayette, Cellus Morgan, Jr.,of Elberta; three sisters, Ruth page of Andalusia, Glenda Alsup of Albertville, Nell McKenzie of Decatur; four grandchildren Matthew Owens, Cameron (Lindsey) Odom, Nickey (Chris) Walker, Sandi Odom; and one step-great-grandchildren Brittany (Nikki) Walker; special friend William and Mary Ann Brashier.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 12, 2003 at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery between Dothan and Headland. Rev. Winford Gulledge and Rev. Chris Gulledge officiated the services with Keahey Funeral of Andalusia directing.
Pallbearers were Cameron Odom, Sam Morgan, Jay Alsup, Glenn Gulledge, Joseph Gulledge and Mark Northington.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Foundation.
Henry Tobe Lord
Henry Tobe Lord, 85, of Andalusia, died Sunday, December 14, 2003 at his residence.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 16th from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Claude Keenam and Rev. Ed Ganus will be officiating. Foreman Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Lord was a lifelong resident of Andalusia and Covington County. He was born in the Rose Hill Community and graduated from Straughn School. He was an Army Veteran of World War II, a former member of the Jaycees and the Kiwanis Clubs. He was a charter member of the West End United Methodist Church and retired after 32 years in the banking business as Executive Vice-President of the Commercial Bank.
Survivors include his wife Florine Lord of Andalusia; two daughters Sandra (Joe) Proctor of Andalusia, Angie (Mason) Dollar of Auburn; one son David (Patricia) Lord of Idaho Falls, ID; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters Sara Morgan of Brantley, Mary Reeves of Roanoke; one brother Herman Lord of Andalusia.
Pallbearers are Will Proctor, Marshall Crim, Dusty Dollar, John Cambridge and Morris Holland.

Estella (Sears) Williams
Estella (Sears) Williams, 87, of Andalusia died Thursday, December 11, 2003 at Andalusia Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at Grace Chapel Church. Burial in Lowe Cemetery. Kirk's Funeral Chapel directing.
Survivors include Kathy (Robert) Rudolph of Andalusia, Betty (Nelson) Carter, Bloomfield, Conn., Eddie (Delores) Williams, Hartford, Conn.
