The 15-year-old Andalusia Babe Ruth All-Stars had a slim 3-2 lead against the Covington County All-Stars with the County threatening to tie up the game when the game was postponed due to rain and lightning.
Heavy rain caused the game to be postponed until today when the baseball field at Straughn High School become submerged in water.
The tournament, which is being hosted by Covington County Babe Ruth, has been moved to Johnson Park due to the poor field conditions caused by the rain.
The 15-year-old game between Andalusia and Covington County is slated to resume at 9 a.m. today at Johnson Park.
A game between the 13-year-old Andalusia All-Stars and the Opp All-Stars will follow. The 14-year-old Babe Ruth game between Andalusia and Opp will be next followed by a 15-year-old game.
