Tigers defeat Andalusia 7-6 in 8 innings

Straughn won its own baseball tournament Saturday night, defeating Andalusia in the championship game 7-6 in eight innings.
The turning point in the game came in the bottom of the fourth inning.

Andalusia freshman Zack Ward hit a grand slam home run in the bottom of the third inning Friday night to help lead the Bulldogs to an 11-1, five-inning win over Elba at Straughn High School.
