Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments
Wed., Nov. 18, 2009
• Andrew Bleichroth, 45, for first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Jonathan Carnley, 21, for bond revocation and held without bond.
• Billy Wayne Russell, 42, for failure to appear and held without bond.
