Aud joins Andalusia Health as assistant chief nursing officer

Andalusia Health is pleased to welcome Pamela Aud to the role of Assistant Chief Nursing Officer.
Aud is in the LifePoint CNO Development Program and in fulfilling the training program requirements, will serve as Andalusia Health’s ACNO with Melissa Davis, Chief Nursing Officer, serving as her preceptor. Davis will provide personal instruction, training and supervision for Aud to prepare her to transition into the chief nursing officer role at a facility within the LifePoint organization in the next 18 to 24 months.
“I am very excited about this opportunity to work with Pamela,” Davis said. “ I think that this will be a learning experience for both of us. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her 20 years of experience in healthcare.”
Aud comes to Andalusia Health from Teche Regional Medical Center, a LifePoint affiliate, in Morgan City, La., where she served in director level positions overseeing quality, case management, employee health and infection control. Her experience also includes serving as nursing director for emergency services at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
